Kramer to Speak on Board Duties
at Pa. Bar Institute Programs
Editor Don Kramer will be one of the principal presenters at three programs on fiduciary duties for directors of for-profit and nonprofit corporations at two locations in Pennsylvania during January. Kramer has planned the half-day program with Nancy J. LaMont, a professor at Dickinson School of Law.

Kramer to join NELI faculty
Editor Don Kramer will participate on the faculty of a new Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute certificate program being developed by the Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in Bryn Mawr, PA.
The 10-day curriculum will be divided into four sections over eight months to provide individual leadership assessment, advanced seminars and case studies, peer-learning circles, and practical applications. Kramer will discuss legal and ethical issues for nonprofit executives.
The program is designed to help executives take their organizations to new heights in terms of growth, sustainability, accountability and effectiveness.
