Kramer to talk on mergers
At PANO annual conference
Nonprofit Issues® editor Don Kramer will discuss “To Merge or Not to Merge” at the annual conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations in Harrisburg on April 6. Along with Debra Stock, executive director of the YWCA of York, PA, Kramer will explore the legal and human issues of mergers and other affiliations.
Robert Egger, President of the D.C. Central Kitchen, will be the keynote speaker leading off a full day of educational sessions.
Kramer is a member of the board of directors of PANO.
