Kramer, Emerson to talk on 990
Editor Don Kramer and Montgomery, McCracken colleague Karl Emerson, former director of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations, will present another seminar on the new Form 990 in Allentown, PA on July 27.
The program, which is offered in partnership between the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the Lehigh Valley Arts Council, will be held from 9 am to noon at the Lehigh County Government Center. For more information or registration, click www.pano.org .
Kramer, Sikes names “Super Lawyers” again
Nonprofit Issues® editor Don Kramer and Tax Editor Virginia Sikes have been named “Super Lawyers” in Pennsylvania again by the Law and Politics organization. Kramer was named in the Nonprofit category. Sikes was named for Tax.
The selections generally represent the top 5% of attorneys in the state and are made through a process that includes peer comments and evaluations.
