Issues Notes
Note to librarians
and other readers
Because we have fallen behind in bringing you the most current “nonprofit law you need to know,” we are temporarily skipping a few scheduled issues to start out fresh with more current news. This issue is dated June 16-30 and contains articles on cases decided and developments reported shortly before the publication date. We expect to continue to bring you new current issues on our original publication schedule that is generally twice a month.
We will also be going back to pick up some of the more important and interesting issues during the period we fell behind and will send these along when they are available. These delayed editions won’t be as long as the usual ones but will continue to provide practical tips on avoiding legal risks so that nonprofits have more time to focus on their mission.
We apologize for the inconvenience but wanted to be as current as we could.

What our readers say about Nonprofit Issues
Once again you've tackled a tricky question and explained it so we all can understand the issue.--M.V.
Thank you for your informative and keen advice on nonprofit matters. I believe its a unique and concise place to get answers to this often wispy area called nonprofit. --R.T.
