Kramer, Emerson to present
New Form 990: Public Relations
Opportunity or Trap for the Unwary

Editor Don Kramer and Montgomery, McCracken attorney Karl Emerson will discuss the Form 990 from the perspective of a donor and a regulator and discuss best practices for using the Form as a tool to provide transparency on a charity’s operations.

They will speak for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations at the MidAtlantic Employer’s Association (MEA), King of Prussia, PA on Friday, March 27.  Three continuing professional education credits will be available for accountants who attend the session.
