Providers of mental health services were not the cause of injuries suffered by clients at the hands of other resident
Two nonprofits providing services to persons with mental disabilities have been found not liable for injuries their clients suffered in attacks by other boarders where they lived.
The Supreme Court of Kentucky and a Court of Appeals in Ohio have both ruled that the agencies' conduct did not cause the injury.
