Pa. Supreme Court says student should have appealed
within 30 days after being denied standing
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal by a student of the Barnes Foundation without considering either his standing to participate in the case or the merits of the trial court’s decision to allow the Barnes to move its world-class art collection to downtown Philadelphia.
