About Don Kramer, Editor

Don Kramer PhotoDon Kramer is a Philadelphia lawyer who has more than 35 years of experience dealing with the concerns of nonprofit organizations, not only as a lawyer, but also as a teacher, writer, publisher, and board member.

He teaches a seminar on Legal Issues Affecting Nonprofits at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia and is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and many other organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the Planned Giving Council of Greater Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.

Nonprofit Issues has developed a well-received full-day program that covers the current hottest topics in nonprofit law. The program has been qualified in Pennsylvania for six hours of Continuing Legal Education credits for lawyers (including one hour of ethics credit) and Continuing Professional Education credits for accountants.
